The guide credits Joel, from the Main Line’s The Goat’s Beard, and David, from Brooklyn’s Hometown BBQ, and points to the black-peppered brisket, the smash burgers, the fries and the Aussie-style sausages. It even mentions the “Best Pig Out!” on our wall.
